Welcome to YGC ("Your Growth Copilot"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our waitlist and preview features.

1. Waitlist Terms

Joining our waitlist does not guarantee entry into the private beta or general availability. Invites are issued at our discretion based on capacity, role segmentation, and quality checks.

2. User Representations

By signing up, you represent and warrant that:

All registration information you submit is truthful and accurate.
You will maintain the accuracy of such information.
Your use of our website does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

3. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use our waitlist page for any purpose other than that for which we make it available. Prohibited activities include:

Submitting spam, honeypot forms, or artificial/duplicate registrations.
Attempting to bypass security headers, rate limits, or validation checks.
Using automated crawlers, bots, or scripts to submit waitlist data.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the waitlist page, source code, interactive visual cards, and assets (including /logo.png) are our proprietary property and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The waitlist page is provided on an AS-IS and AS-AVAILABLE basis. You agree that your use of our services will be at your sole risk.
